Ryan’s two biggest loves are his wife and the drums. “My dream is to live and breathe music as a day job. It doesn’t get any better than that.”

His success stems from an undeterred commitment to daily play and practice. “Every day, I’m scouring for new inspiration and music. Every night, I’m in the basement on the kit.” That impressive work ethic has led to an influx of session work and a growing online following of over 1,000 subscribers.

What’s RJTEMPO’s big goal? “I’ve been so inspired and motivated by my drumming idols in more ways than I can count. I hope I can inspire others to do something that moves them in their own lives: whether it’s music or another lifelong creative endeavor.”
